1) Tickle moved:
(Moved Cr A Tickle/Seconded Cr J Irving)
That Mayor Pontin write to Ryan Park the NSW Minister for Health expressing concern on behalf of the community, over the funding shortfall for the Manning Base Hospital redevelopment noting that;
- The scope of work has been reduced given that the 180million allocated will not fund the work announced last year
- Council acknowledges and supports the representation made by the Member for Myall Lakes to Minister Park regarding health services at Forster, Bulahdelah and Manning Base Hospital
- Council supports the community call for adequate funding to enable the completion of the Manning Base Hospital re- development as originally planned in its entirety.
- Council notes that the petition promoted by Manning Great Lakes Community Health Action Group calling for the required level of funding, was supported by the debate held on the 8th August 2024 in the NSW Legislative Assembly.

2) I originally moved:
That Council, in addition to the present low-quality Mono 22.05K recording, make available for streaming and download a high-quality Stereo 44.1K or 48K audio recording plus a video recording of the Council Meeting and Public Forum Event.
However after discussion, other councillors wanted this idea to go to the GM for a report so at the meeting it became:
2025/164 RESOLUTION (Moved Cr P Beazley/Seconded Cr M Graham)
That Council receive from the General Manager at the August meeting, a report regarding Council’s options for the hosting of video recordings of Council-produced media. The report should include information that details the cost of management, storage and operation of each of the considered services. The timestamping of our current audio recordings of Public Forums, Council Meetings and proposed video recordings should also be investigated.
